江戸前天丼。天丼で海老と穴子とどちらも好きなのでご飯を少なめにしてでもどうしても両方を選んでしまう。今日は秋ナスとトマトが下に潜んでいて、絶妙なトロトロの揚げ具合に大満足。10/10😋 Edo-style tempura rice bowl 🍤🍚. I absolutely love both shrimp and eel, so I can’t resist choosing both—even if it means going light on the rice! Today’s bowl had a delightful surprise with autumn eggplant and tomato hidden underneath, perfectly fried to a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Totally satisfied with this meal! 10/10😋

Did you make this food yourself? Crispy and sweet fried shrimp, it looks delicious. I think eggplants would be delicious if fried.

Haha, this is a masterpiece by a Japanese cuisine craftsman. I'm not a fan of deep-frying because it's such a pain to clean up the oil.
