I would like to create a bounty with a reward of 10,000 degen based on the info below. Do you need any other details?

I would like for someone to make a '900 year timer' V2 frame in which every instance of the frame that any user calls up is synchronized onchain so they all show the same time down to the second, and it would give users the option to set a daily reminder at a time if their choice for the frame to send as a Farcaster notification 

The timer should be accurate to the following reference time and date: 

7,881,695 hours, 4 minutes at 21:34 NYC time on 17 November 2024
