it's a bit outdated and will be updated, which I'm working on, but the parts about defining your value proposition, etc, in this guide I wrote back in May might help to get ideas rolling would be happy to help you along with @burrrrrberry @jacy & Co think of an approach to curating the conversation in your gated channel and using art airdrops, etc, to reward whoever might care enough to subscribe (I'd sub - your art is raw and real and it would be a wonderful way to get it into my wallet) I never thought anyone would want to subscribe for my art, until I sent a welcome message to @johnp who told me he subbed to my channel to farm $ALFA, but stuck around and still has me as his only subscription because he likes the art, so I've been grinding away at the AF platform ever since to honor that appreciation of my work FAFO and see what happens? https://eirrann.art/updates/f/alfafrens-a-beginner%E2%80%99s-guide-for-artists
