Channel update: public mode is now live

- Public mode allows non-members to cast in the channel

- Member casts always appear in the channel feed; non-member casts will sometimes appear in the channel feed

- You can always make someone a member of your channel to guarantee they appear in the main feed

- Channel owners have the option to turn on / off public mode

/farcaster and /warpcast are now in public mode

I can't currently find this option in the settings for /uncurated, which I would like to try to revive as a channel with this setting and rituals

Is the change still propagating?

I just used CTRL + FN + F5, which a Google search said is how to perform a hard refresh in Chrome on Windows

Where in this list of channel management should I see the option?

It's appeared now, thank you for the help troubleshooting!

I look forward to testing the new public channel setting and rituals together to see if it can revive /uncurated 🙏

Ah gd, because my next suggestion was to give the computer a small kick 🤔
