Been inactive for awhile but here’s a progress photo of my store bought ginger that is doing well after I put it in some soil. Didn’t know it was a thing until recently. Pretty cool stuff 🌱

It’s gonna be until next year I think where more ginger will sprout. I’ll do a harvest photo when I take it out of the pot ☺️
