So, What does a block chain need a Watch Tower for you may ask? Well, execution environments like roll-ups can have faults. The current process is slow in alerting the larger network to these faults and watch towers speed that along. Through a unique Proof of diligence system.

Witness Chain's Proof of Diligence incentivizes an Eigen powered node set to constantly check the L2s posts to the L1 and catch malicious activity or any lazy validators almost instantly. But there is so much more that this validator set can do through Eigen and Witness Chain knows it!

I like the proof of location one, and simple concept of measuring latency for it. Not sure how vpn issue can be solved though
