I'm starting to see some behaviors from the NFT cycle repeat themselves on here.

Trust is a fragile thing.

If you break that trust with your users, it's difficult to repair.

Honor your timelines.  If you can't, then don't give a timeline.

Unsure about a direction?  Don't commit to one.

You don't have to lay everything out.  You just need to be transparent about what you can share AND execute.  Overpromising and undelivering was the playbook for most projects in 2021.  It didn't work then and it won't work now.

Don't repeat the mistakes of former founders.  Reputation is sacred in this space.
