Not all problems can be solved perfectly. Sometimes you just have to choose one of several options that all suck. If this principle is just explained in an abstract way as above, then most people will feel that they can accept this. However, when encountering specific things, many people will pour out their hatred for the badness of one of the options, but never think specifically about whether the other option is also bad. Their badness about the other option is not denial, but avoidance. They carefully held their thoughts and skimmed the edge of reality. As long as you don't touch it, it doesn't exist
