It's becoming clear we need a higher bar for tipper eligibility. Too many tippers are bots or very low-quality users. I'm doing some research to determine the best way to address this, but requiring every tipper meet an OpenRank threshold is the likely the most straightforward solution. Feedback welcome.

Who determines which humans are "low-quality users" ? There was a time when I was considered "low-quality" in the WarpCast ecosystem - not even human, in fact.
