huh, I didn't even consider trading-focused clients. I think wc really became as popular as it did because it grabbed the Social without needing to put any thought or worry into the Fi.

Problem with purer SocialFi is it's a new paradigm but only until the market turns sour.

That actually sounds great - however, there's only one flaw.

Lots of "pro traders" who build up big accounts to sell signal scams/bybit perps referrals tend to lie about their trading.

The positive effect would be a way more honest environment. The negative is the main source of growth will avoid using it.

when i say trading i mean less fantasy/FT/wildcard and more like bonkbot  with the farcaster feed

i think a good initial set of features would include:
- see what your following/followers are trading
- in-feed buy with minimal clicks (see a ticker, be able to insta buy)
- pnl, charts, etc built in
