@metamask's new blockaid warning system is a disaster zone

@imgn's staking portal went live tonight, with all MM users being hit with the below warning.

The contract they're connecting to has been verified over 24 hours on etherscan, and has been audited.

Safety features should not be centralized/easy to mislead.

But ye, was reported on by @imgn an hour or two ago during mainnet testing, users piling in just led to a sleuth of reports and screenshots and shouting at eggman

appreciate early warning systems are good, but they can be launch killers if not working as intended

if this is an erroneous warning, they can click the "report an issue" button that's visible in the screenshot. It will go directly to the Blockaid team and they can resolve quickly.

that being said, I've also shared this with the team so they can take a look.

True, but I get the same message almost every time I approve an NFT through my coinbase wallet...  generic language, so long as you trust your source it's all good
