So as I found out today, it's based on social capital and the amount of degen you're actually holding in your wallet. Basically, it's a new system designed to relieve engagement farmers of their allocations. Which I am deeply, deeply grateful for.

Honestly man, I stopped doing it because the IL isn't really being covered by the mining rewards anymore. If you're godlike at defining and maintaining ranges, or if you just want to de-risk your position into 50% eth, then it's great - but otherwise, I'm in hodl mode here
