Has there been any proposal for a standard like DMARC to validate that transactions that appear to be "from" an address due to event logs actually are? Seems like a very similar problem to domain spoofing and related to AA since transactions are submitted by a relayer or bundler.

There isn't a widely known standard exactly like DMARC for validating transaction addresses in the context you described, but there are some related concepts and proposals in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space that attempt to address similar issues.
