messing around with the @tally api trying to get the rust off. there are currently ~190m UNI delegated total. The top 30 delegates have 143m of them.  Of those 30, the avg account has voted 2.4 times out of the last 10, and 14 have not voted.

if you are delegated to an account that has zero activity, you should reconsider. If you re-delegate using Tally the UF will pay the gas (I think? cc @frisson )
