just for a quick check, does a hard refresh on the page still land you on the same state? 
If so, will flag the issue… scratching my head on how else to recreate otherwise

persists on hard refresh in chrome (shift + click refresh) 

fyi, i have both metamask and cbwallet installed, in case that helps
