how do we know what to post to the fitness channel vs. the wellness channel? like does longevity fit into fitness or wellness? or both?

i don't think so. sfaik recasts are displayed to your followers, in their home feed. so it sorta works for breaking a cast out of the channel prison, but only for your followers, not followers of another channel @dwr.eth correct me if i'm wrong
