I think there's opportunity for a Warpcast web chrome extension that offers some degree of customization for end user.

I’ve often thought about the ability to “reply”
to any given website or page I’m on. An extension could show you that in a side panel. Or even comment on a particular line. 

See all of the conversation for a given news article or podcast episode for example.
