Bot depends on two things: inbound casts, which involves reading what everybody is casting, and outbounds, which involve responding to you.

Traffic depend on hubs. If there are issues with the hubs, the bot may struggle.

Issue with inbounds > bot may miscalculate tips. 
Issue with outbounds > bot won't reply.
