I have not been receiving the drop….
And there is no support system to even report to…. That’s too poor

Yes, the issue is that participating in airdrops alone won't earn you the power badge, which is the standard for verifying a user. You'll need to post engaging casts to obtain it, not just participate in airdrops.

My account is not a spam or new account… I’ve been participating in all forms of airdrop not just this….
