Our villages are focused on practical experimentation with new tech.

Here are some of the teams who will be running experiments on the ground at Edge City Lanna, with many more to come (apply to join, link in bio) ☀️

Cursive 

The Cursive team are bringing programmable cryptography IRL ⚡️ ZK and FHE you can feel. This means a ton of delightful experiences for connecting with others and quests around the village. 

Watch this space, this team will go far.

Edge City convenes people working at the frontiers of tech, science, and society in popup villages across the globe.

ZuPass

We'll integrate the zk-powered identity system ZuPass for all of our attendees, allowing them to check-in and interact on the ground while preserving their privacy.

Daimo

We'll be working with Daimo to enable seamless money transfers, including paying for meals in the village.

LottoPGF

This team is running a permissionless lottery for public goods funding on Ethereum. 

We see huge potential here for a world lottery built on Ethereum in the long run, and we’re excited to support this experiment toward that goal.

Social Layer

The Social Layer team have built an incredible lightweight community calendar for popup cities.

SimpleFi

The SimpleFi team have made a smooth ticketing flow with some extra UX elements for the popup city. Simple payment in fiat or crypto.  

They're an amazing team that we met in Argentina during Crecimiento 🇦🇷
