Lisk & CV Labs panel went deep on what it takes to scale blockchain technologies in African markets—and the key opportunities, challenges, and real-world impacts involved in doing so.

Tim Harris, former CEO of Wesgro and longtime advocate for investment-led growth in South Africa, offered a powerful provocation: Africa isn’t a late adopter of innovation. It’s a frontier in its own right, and needs to be seen (and funded) as such.

Cofounders of Edge City, Janine Leger and @timour Kosters, closed the day with a glimpse into what a flourishing future could actually look like: building lasting spaces and networks for frontier science, tech, and community to thrive.
