We’re excited to share the first batch of programs joining us at Edge Esmeralda 2025. Each one explores new frontiers in technology, philosophy, and human flourishing.

✨ Cosmos Institute
Cosmos Institute and Brendan McCord will lead a program on Truth-Seeking AI, May 26-29.

They'll bring together philosophers, technologists, and researchers to translate key philosophical frameworks into practical AI systems that support human flourishing.

✨ Roots of Progress
We’re excited to collaborate with Jason Crawford and the Roots of Progress community at Edge Esmeralda 2025. 

From June 1–6, they’ll gather to explore and share ideas on Techno-Humanism and the future of progress.

✨ Consciousness Week 
Dive into the science and philosophy of consciousness.

From May 24–30, we’ll explore ancient traditions, cutting-edge research, and new visions for understanding the mind and enlightenment.

✨ Protocol Worlds
Protocols shape cities, code, and communities.

At Edge Esmeralda 2025, 30 Summer of Protocols fellows will rethink how we teach and understand them, with sessions on AI, climate, memory, fiction, and more.
