Hanlon 100%. This was accidental and perhaps linked to poor maintenance (we’ll see). The ship was known to have propulsion issues (June 2023 inspection). It dropped its anchor and called a Mayday after all power went out. The bridge is strategic, but then again, so is every other urban bridge across a major waterway
