I do not understand why people love the Overcast app so much. Maybe it’s just because it’s Marco’s app and it’s an indie app, but it constantly freezes or is otherwise slow. I also consistently mess up the navigation.

What iOS podcast app do you use and why?

I keep coming back to PlayerFM because of its UI (subs, play list, likes, bookmarks, next-last episode, skip back-forwards, etc). Free version is okay, if you're willing to wait they eventually offer a years sub for about $20.
