$40,000 lesson to remember to backup your seed phrase, my roommate is searching everywhere in my room and has not found anything i still have access to my account on ledger live app but not on the ledger itself, if anyone has any help, it will be appreciated

the difference is, the guy on reddit was still logged into his ledger, im not, so i can make any transfers
