Helium is so strong that probably my bias is set a bit. There are some drone projects coming out of stealth. Also power grid stability projects. There's just a lot that is SO interesting in this /depin space. DIMO, HiveMapper, WeatherXM, GEODNET to name a few more.

The L1 as awesome as it was was suffering from inability to scale, such that it was taking effort away from new Helium activities like mobile and further IOT implementations. Little has changed other than you need SOL to perform transactions and even if you don’t have it, the wallet can do native swaps which is handy

Perhaps. Waterfall, agile and other recent ideologies went after organizations/teams and how they work. I think we’ll see a personal ethos arise with decentralization as the tipping point towards the new movement.

Coaches usually work with multiple teams, while scrum masters stay with one team for longer. The team's value lies in being transparent about their work, open to reflection, and making necessary adjustments based on feedback from the coach. It CAN be confirmation you're doing the right things already :)
