Gentler Streak, with tracking from the Apple Watch

Recently got an Oura Ring. Thoroughly enjoying it and it’s making me reconsider an Apple Watch. Had a few previously but never found them impactful.

Only a couple weeks into the ring but good so far! Insightful data the longer you use + good reminder to be mindful of habits.
The sleeping comment is why I opted out of Apple Watch recently during the health device review. Barely notice the ring after a few days.

Ooh, you know, I wanted to buy an Oura Ring and 'pair' it with the Apple Watch, meaning that I'd use both but knowing that I could just be with the ring if I want to.

Also, wearing the Watch at night when sleeping is still not so good, it's still too thick.
