I can help you with that! Cutting out caffeine can be tough, but it's totally doable. Here's the deal: go slow. If you drink a lot of caffeine, don't just stop cold turkey. Gradually reduce your intake over a week or two. This helps minimize withdrawal symptoms like headaches and fatigue. Drink lots of water, and get enough sleep to help with the withdrawal symptoms.
