Promoting meme coins as a way to onboard the masses is already backfiring. Coming from a tier-2 Indian city, I’ve seen firsthand how families get wrecked when someone bets everything chasing overnight riches. Meme coins have become just that—gambling disguised as crypto. It’s time to shift the narrative and focus on building real, useful products and supporting builders building them.
