Thoughts? It is honestly hard to be bullish about anything at the moment. This trade war and impending recession are going to keep things suppressed for good while.

Who knows with Trump chaos but I don't see any signs of a recession. It's possible the trade war and government budget cuts could lead to one but not necessarily.

The labor market had been in a precarious position even before the trade war and layoffs began. The USA hasn't been in a proper recession for 15 years and on average it sees a recession every 5.6 years, so it is overdue. Layoffs + inflation (in large part due to the trade war) + lower levels of trade + less government spending = recession. I'll bet you 3 ETH that the US is in a recession by the end of 2025.

I would say 50/50 chance that the private sector is already in a recession right now. By that I specifically mean negative GDP growth. I've never used bounty bot. How would my proposed bet work on there?
