u can be a friend to the present moment but also an enemy u can say yes! and u are allowed to say no and if u say yes and listen yes, then u can sense what kind of depth lies in life that fills me with a calmness this calmness is so deep and wide and yet it does not rest; it expands it dances and plays and holds everything together
