This is the most I’ve ever comfortably walked in a week. Yesterday I hit 50km with 8 hours moving time exploring Kunming; week total 176 km. Now I want some deep rest this Sunday. Keep it moving!

This app is Strava. For logging, I use a sports watch with a dedicated GPS tracker, the COROS Pace 3. It's lightweight and works very well. By using the watch instead of my phone for logging, my phone's battery doesn’t drain as quickly.
