One of my favorite trading strategies I created (see image for details). You wait for a session to complete (the large highlighted blocks) and then look for your trade entries based off session high and low.

The free community indicator on TradingView to view sessions is, "ICT Killzones & Pivots [TFO]"

My preferred time is 15M candle, which is what is used in that image.

On a personal note, I've had more success using highs/lows over traditional support and resistance.

I trade NY, but if price reaches Asia or London, I'll use those high/lows for entries as well. The Stop Loss and Take Profit would be determined based on how much each of those sessions moved, but still 2:1 RR.
