haha with the right amount of patience (and a kitchen scale), I'm sure you could. and it would have to be the classic croissant or gjusta's white chocolate tahini croissant. I don't like them too sweet, and this is the perfect savory / sweet combo! https://i.imgur.com/mhNmR4W.png
