1. Crypto

Wallet(@warpcast's embedded wallet)
    - Our biggest focus is growing wallet usage and improving wallet security.
    - More incentives and programs to fund wallets - convert warps, nudging quality users to deposit.
    - Experiment - helping developers reach users with airdrops.
    - Security audit for wallet, bug bounty program.
    - Next focus - improving frames.

2. Social(cont'd)

- Direct Cast Search
    - @ashoat.eth is working on improving conversation search
- User verifications(@woj.eth and @gt are working on this)
    - New user verification program is live
    - Existing user verification is in beta
    - Testing and iterating to find a rough proxy for “proof of human” to unlock features like video(eg. connect phone number/email/Twitter)

^ another note re: user verifications, seems like that data would be published as labels that other developers can ingest/use :D

3. Protocol

- Primary address verification
    - @pirosb3.eth is working on this, will start with a Warpcast API(picking smart defaults) and then protocol updates *after*
    - https://github.com/farcasterxyz/protocol/discussions/141
- Snapchain
    - Read nodes are out and getting stable
    - *Mainnet launch targeted for next week*, assuming no delays/non-interruptive
- Direct messaging
    - Have a high level draft of Direct Messaging
    - At this stage, custom integration and working with 2 teams (Base + Zora) to explore integration
   - ^ Likely will be a DC server on the protocol, if you have a signed auth message then clients can send/receive those DCs
    - ^ It will be a separate protocol and (for now) will require a custom integration due to security / privacy

Rewards Program
    - Caster rewards working well - minor gaming with the johngalt account which we addressed.
    - Frame developer rewards - seem to be working, increasing pool focusing on transactions(1k last week -> 2k this week).
   - ^ *Want to push more frames that do onchain stuff*
    - Invite rewards - working ok, but not a lot of high quality users driving growth. need to rethink model.
