Hub Reliability

- Gradual trend line where time to process has slowly been going up
    - Generally seeing increased load on things on Warpcast side
    - Made some fixes to bring them back down

Ordering - a new sync model

    - Decentralized, global state is necessary
    - Sync should be easy
    - Posting should be instant & without fees
    - Storage and bandwidth need constraints
    - Turing-completeness is undesirable

^ def read over the snapchain & the github discussion, it's a super interesting topic and we've probably been going over it for 10-15 mins now(maybe too much to cast all out lol, trying to take it all in myself)

but tldr snapchain is the proposed solution here from the warpcast team, attaching some more context below

Channels

- Focusing on as a top priority internally to figure out the pain points & stickiness
- Moving more towards “cozy corners”
    - More membership oriented model — instead of a topic/hashtag that then has moderation, moving to a model where you’re explicitly inviting people to participate in channel
        - Easier for most folks to curate(like a group chat)
        - Still public though, the work people do to make it interesting can be shown on the protocol
    - Feed will move to more of a narrowcast model
- New auth model on Warpcast API that can be used for follows/unfollows in the short future
    - More on the follow/unfollow channel API spec:
