auth kit's `auth-monorepo` has a great nextjs + nextauth example but I want to use it in the nextjs app router instead

so both to practice the setup & in hopes that others find it useful, i put up a PR with an app router example and made a quick walkthrough video below going over the (super slight) changes

there was one error tripping me up that looking back at it was just something small I forgot to check(misnaming a prop) but all in all I think both moving to the app router & migrating to NextAuth v5 are *rather* easy to set up! also i think SIWF + NextAuth is such a smooth auth flow
