What's the easiest way for someone with zero coding experience to build a single page web app and host it on a custom domain, i.e. no subdomain.

lovable.dev lets you create a supabase db and hosted app instance for your project, i think v0.dev might have some similar features too

^ if v0 does indeed let you create a new vercel project this might be the closest because you could just link an actual domain to vercel to not have a subdomain as you were mentioning
