Warpcast Wallet
  - Internal beta today, targeting mobile release **next week**(hopefully Tues)!!
  - Going to encourage funding wallet to earn more rewards(to help app developers & incentivize users)

    - This week — broader user set, lower follower penalty
    - Next week — increased rewards, possible further tweaks to algo
    - Trying to find right balance between rewarding new users and existing users
    - Important to get this dialled in to drive Farcaster growth.

    - Launching free invites to users in the “definitely not spammy category”; new growth program to drive invites
    - Everyone will get 3 free invites. Will see how initial usage is and roll out more after.

    - Added advanced protection, which will disable magic links and protect inbox.
    - Minor bug fixes and improvements to DC settings and features
    - Working on enabling following feed to be the default

Snapchain
    - Private testnet starting on Monday. @neynar is participating.
    - Roadmap depends heavily on how well testnet goes in the first week(could be fairly quick if things go well)
    - Very excited about future unlocks and improving — free signers etc.

Reducing sign up costs
    - Prototyping spam detection and user underwriting for free signups on Warpcast.
    - Modelling storage utilization on hubs and snapchain this week.
    - Think we can launch smaller storage units with 50c pricing and drive costs down (at current levels)

    - Starting early research and prototyping so that other clients can plug in
- Sign in with Farcaster / Farcaster Connect
    - Going to rewrite FIP with some updated thoughts
    - Considering “delegate signers” (better name needed) which can get clients a higher permission level to do DCs + Sign in with Farcaster
    - FIP in draft:
