1/As Bitcoin is currently on a pretty good rise, I will give you my perspective. As you can see from my post, I continue to attach importance to the downward channel. If you maintain it within the channel without a large drop at around 60k, it seems possible that it could rise to the point where the channel is stopped.

2/Speaking outside of the chart, during the FOMC speech, it was stated that an interest rate cut would be certain by the end of this year at the latest. Additionally, there is a possibility that liquidity in the asset market will increase as the U.S. government purchases bonds for 2-3 months.
