What are less-known heuristics for self-service unblocking? Some I know and practice include do 100 things, talk to 100 people, etc.

I was originally crafting a cast with a specific problem (as usual, solving for distribution) I realized that the answer is likely the usual heuristics, and actually doing them 🤔

2. What's the most existential problem you're facing -- if you can only solve 1 thing, what would it be (even if there are 10 other problems).

3. What's the thing I can do today that moves me closer to solving that problem?
