On /farcaster and /warpcast channels

Need to figure out how best to handle these. A lot of people want to join them, but people abuse the channels for distribution. Don’t want to spend time moderating right now.

I'll know it when I see it. :) There's a lot of pseudo Farcaster content that's mostly self-promotional trying to use the channel's distribution.

Most of that would be better off in someone's home feed.

do you guys have any guidance as to what would be off topic for the farcaster channel inasmuch as I assumed the farcaster channel was for any and all content related to farcaster

Not going to follow anything if I cant post. There are other platforms. You need to think about what you ask for in the beginning. This is killing engagement for your customers.

Why not create a safe list + a model to monitor topics being discussed on channels. 

People will always try to push their own agenda. Without clear guidelines tightly enforced it can’t be done.
