When you scroll in any app there's a noticeable lag as the screen refreshes

doesn't that completely depends on the refresh rate of a particular phone and supposedly if you have a 120hz phone maybe the refresh rate is set to dynamic so maybe maybe it reduces it's refresh rate to save some battery so set it forced 120hz because switching refresh rates constantly makes it feel laggy

Doesn't this depend on the phone harxware and the screen refresh rate? I don't have any lag whatsoever. 120Hz display

I don't notice anything and I'm on a pixel 7. Lag... like the typical wait while loading new content to load? Nbd, how websites work anyway ... I don't notice lag otherwise
