Update to channels

If your channel has moderation turned on, the Recent feed is now in Priority mode—custom to each viewer based on who they follow + power badge users.

This will eliminate nearly all spam.

As moderator, you will see a special Unfiltered feed just for you.

Does not apply to unmoderated channels.

Currently, only channel owners can see the "unfiltered" feed. Shouldn't all channel moderators have access to it since they all need a chronological feed to curate casts from?

There's only one channel moderator from a protocol perspective. We may allow people to turn that feed on for specific channels.

It might be better to rename the recent feed to something else and call the unfiltered feed the recent feed. While most users, including mods, won't enjoy the spam in the unfiltered feed, it is important for curation purposes.
