It kinda is NY’s Patagonia vest. The dudes on them are guys you don’t want talking to your sister. Combine that with riding a Citi bike and wearing flip flops, then you got a guy that probably shouldn’t be within 1000 yards of a school or playground.

It ruins it for the rest of us because they ride on sidewalks and act like pedestrians (not following the rules of the road, piss off actual pedestrians and drivers alike)
