One thing I've learned from @v that I never learned at Coinbase:

Solving problems in the correct order is critical to compounding progress.

Frames is most recent big one. The idea has been there for a while in proto forms. Timing is eveything.

For Frames specifically, when you say “timing is everything”, are you talking more about external/cultural things that opened the door and essentially primed your users, or internal things like tooling, infra, proper developer support/docs, etc?
