I was a lot more impressed that they slashed their legal teams since that's a harder problem to tackle

on it's face that sounds right (10x more productive worker means 10% workers needed for same output)

but on the longer time horizon, lower transactions costs in the firm (higher profits) will enlarge the firms overall (more workers participating in a smaller number of firms, each of which is much more profitable)

Hmmm, more products/services, but less people being paid to work...
Wonder how that's gonna end 🤔 🤔 🤔

Competition goes up, and the battle for attention goes up. 

Learning how to win the second one is key.
