Continuing on the OpenAI talent exodus, I do wonder if the obvious short term gains are tapped out and the smart people realized that starting a new company with current frontier knowledge / experience (assuming funding is there which it is) wasn't much of a disadvantage relative to OpenAI's need to balance a growing subscription / SaaS business.

what problem does that solve for us right now?

Need to stay focused on making sure Farcaster continues to grow and thrive. Adding a web standard doesn't help that goal.

for you, it's already solved. but for many, the mini-apps world has no standard yet on how the mini-apps can be implemented, very much proprietary for each platform which is dirty in my opinion.
