Has successfully onboarding people been random? Or is there a common thread between creators / something you look for that leads to higher hit rate?

Two phases

Phase 1 during beta: people curious + ideological interest
Phase 2 during Q1 2024: frames + $degen attention was reflexive. A lot of people joined to make money. Stuck around because they made friends.

So trying to replicate this year with make money (across a variety of opportunities).
