Figured worth making my recent-ish policy explicit: if you're unnecessarily negative, I'm just going to unfollow you. I don't have time to spend fighting. Criticism and feedback are welcome; but it's possible to provide both without unnecessary amounts of negativity.

I’ve got to ask this. What does unnecessarily negative mean?

But considering everyone’s different, I have to wonder if there will be a miscommunication between a UN comment and constructive criticism. Saying something is beneath you, probably UN. Yep, that’s definitely unnecessary. But the line gets fuzzy. And if there is some hints of feedback, (re: decisions about hires, a big change with Warpcast that may rub people the wrong way, etc) then I’d say it becomes one of those eye of the beholder things. 🤷🏾‍♀️when it’s all said and done everyone should feel comfortable to speak their minds, and everyone should be comfortable with having the right to reply or not. You have the right to not respond, or consider something as unnecessary. As do I. I feel that.
